Order Issues

  • If your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit, we will promptly ship you a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
  • In the case of a partial order received, we will issue a full refund and only charge you for the product(s) you received.
  • Please allow 20 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after 20 business days you haven’t received your order, or if you receive a notification that your order is on hold or has been returned to the sender, please contact us, and we will address your request promptly.

Lalarx offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, with the following conditions:

Return Terms

  • Products must be in their original state, unopened, and unused, with the original receipt and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
  • Products must not have expired.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
  • Please note that prescription drugs and personal care items are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, there is no cost to you. Lalarx will cover the shipping cost and the product cost.

Refund Terms

  • If accepted, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment.
  • Expect a credit to your account within 2-3 business days upon processing the refund.
  • Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
